Melissa Montgomery + Nick Wall = the New Wall Family

Melissa and Nick celebrated a "picture perfect" wedding!  It was an amazing day as you can see from the pictures.  Thanks for letting us be part of it.  Congratulations!

Last night the ocean and sunset was spectacular!

  

 Last night, Doug came home from work and said "Come with me, quick!  You've got to see the ocean!"  We jumped in the car and drove to Tamarack in Carlsbad (one of his favorite "stand-up paddleboard" places).  The water was beautiful with what seemed like "lines" running through it.  It had been raining off and on all day, it looked so calm and clean.  

   At about 2:00 this morning we woke to the loudest thunder and lightening I've ever experienced in California! It scared me....I don't know how families with kids did...I'm sure many parents were cuddled up trying to comfort them.

This is the spectacular view from where we live!  I love looking out toward the ocean with the palm trees silhouetted as the sun sets.  God's creations are glorious!
